This is my first listening to one of Zoya’s singles, with “What’s Done is Done”. Zoya is bring us an influence from her culture in this single. The flute at the beginning and throughout the song gives it a haunting feeling. Of course I really get into the song once the drums are introduced, but that is just me. The way Zoya sings has a Jazzy feel to it and I can see her really going into that area or mixing her culture with Jazz to bring a new sound to the table.
