Hagar Levy is sharing with us her single “Hectic” from her forthcoming album. “Hectic” begins right off with a strong base beat and sets the tone for the single with a solid R&B sound. That same base beat gives the single a sense of urgency that builds to the release in the chorus. Hagar has a nice clear voice that comes through nicely. The only time it gets a little overtaken by the instrumentals is during the chorus, but with this song I believe that might be intentional because she wants that Hectic sound with the instruments during the chorus to be the spotlight.
