Update on Yu-Gi-Oh! Mega Tins for August

Konami has given an update for the upcoming August Yu-Gi-Oh Mega Tins.  They are giving everyone a heads up of some of the cards that will be randomly in packs.  These cards are: Barreload Dragon; Dragonic Diagram; Evenly Matched; and Saryuja Skull Dread.  They have also given us the names of the Jaden and Yusei cards.  Jaden’s will be Elemental HERO Nebula Neos and Yusei’s will be Junk Speeder.  So keep an eye out for these mega tins come August.

Kiaba Corporation Accessories

Kaiba Corporation is wanting you to look good as you duel so they want you to use their Kaiba Corporation Card Sleeves and Deck Case.  These will be available at your favorite gaming stores September 28.  Very cool designs that Konami is offering for players.  The deck case will actually be slimmer that previous deck case and will have a divider as well.  So look styling like Kaiba with these new accessories for the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG.

Yu-Gi-Oh Cybernetic Horizon Boosters

Come this July Konami will be releasing Yu-Gi-Oh! Cybernetic Horizon booster packs.  This deck modernizes themes made popular with Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, 5D’s, and Zexal.  Cybernetic Horizon is to be a 100 card set that will contain 48 Commons, 20 Rares, 14 Super Rares, 10 Ultra Rares, and 8 Secret Rares.  So be on the look out, July 27, at your local stores that sell Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Games.

Yu-Gi-Oh Tournament this Weekend in Utah

Salt Lake City , Utah, will host their first dueling tournament under the Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series, this weekend, March 24-25.  If you would like to attend to watch the duelist, the tournament will be at the Salt Palace Convention Center.  If you would like enter the tournament and test your dueling skills pre-registration is tomorrow, Friday March 23 from 3 pm – 7 pm.

All Duelists who pre-register and remit their valid Deck list on Friday will receive one of the Yu-Gi-Oh! branded Attribute Dice, randomly blind-bagged. Registration will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday March 24, continuing to 9:45 a.m, with Round 1 beginning promptly at 10 a.m. All Duelists will receive five booster packs of Extreme Force upon registering, and while supplies last, registrants can also get “Yugi Hair” to wear at the event.  The YCS Salt Lake City main event tournament will be played in the Constructed Advanced Format. Kaiba Fan’s Are Lovin’ March

March is a fun month for Yu-Gi-Oh’s Kaiba and for his many fans.  If you haven’t run across this yet start looking because the Legendary Collection Kaiba has been released as of March 9.  In this collection you will get 5 new cards based on some of Kaiba’s famous monsters, spells, and traps.  You will get an upgraded Lord of D, new versions of The Flute of Summoning Dragon and Ring of Destruction, and a new fusion monster The Fang of Critias.

In this collection you will also get a game board and 3 Kaiba Collection Mega Packs.  This set will be a 110 card all-foil mega-set and will run at a suggested retail price of $29.99

Other Kaiba related products coming out later this month, on March 23, will be the pictured: card sleeves ($3.99); card carrying case ($4.99); and the Kaiba Portfolio ($9.99).  So all the Yu-Gi-Oh! fans and especially Kaiba fans enjoy the month!

Upcoming Yu-Gi-Oh! Flames of Destruction Special Edition Boxes

Beginning June 8, Konami will be sending out boxes for the Yu-Gi-Oh! Flames of Destruction Special Edition.  These boxes will contain 3 booster packs, 1 of 2 Super Rare variant cards, and 1 of 2 Super Rare preview cards for the upcoming Summer 2018 booster set.  Flames of Destruction will feature a new Elemental Lord that can be summoned only when you have exactly 5 light monsters in your Graveyard.  This lord will have command of the power of Raigeki, which is the power to destroy all enemy monsters at once.  So come June all TCGers will need to keep their eyes out for these Special Edition boxes.

Yu-Gi-Oh!: Dark Saviors Coming in May

Konami has set a release date for another of it’s booster sets for their Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card game.  Dark Saviors is scheduled for a May 25 releases date and will be a 60 card set made up 40 Super Rares and 20 Secret Rares.  The Dark Saviors set brings in a classic horror movie monster feel for the duelist.  The duelist will a reinvention of the vampires in the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG world and even a clan of skyfaring demihumans.  So keep your eye out for the Dark Saviors booster packs come May at your local retailers and gaming specialty stores.

New Booster Packs Coming for Yu-Gi-Oh!

Starting in February Konami is introducing new booster packs for 2018.  The first to hit will be Extreme Force.  This booster set comprise of 100 cards: 48 Commons; 20 Rares; 14 Super Rares; 10 Ultra Rares: and 8 Secret Rares.  The Pack image is the feature photo and will be available February 2.  There will be 9 cards per pack and will run around $3.99 per pack.  Some of the cards that you might get within the packs will be: The Lightsworn Dominion, Isolde; Heavymetalfoes Electrumite; and Saryujo Skull Dread.

Then on February 23, another booster set will become available, Legendary Duelists: Ancient Millennium.  This set will have 53 cards: 27 Commons; 10 Rares; 8 Super Rares; and 8 Ultra Rares.  The set will be devoted to Bandit Keith, Weevil Underwood and Maximillion Pegasus.  Each pack will contain 5 cards with a price point of $1.99.  Some of the cards you might pull with include Thousand-Eyes Restrict, Insect Queen, and Barrel Dragon.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Structure Deck: Wave of Light Out Now!

Did everyone catch that the Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card game came out with a new Structure Deck.  The new deck is entitled Wave of Light and it contains a 41 card main deck.  The breakdown for the deck is 36 Commons, 3 Super Rares, 2 Ultra Rares, 1 Token Card, 1 Beginners Guide, and 1 Double Sided deluxe Game Mat/Dueling Guide.  Fairies are back with this structure deck as well.  Duelist will find a new “Airknight Parshath” in this deck, which is the strongest “Parshath” yet to be placed in your dueling decks with an ATK of 2800.  So be sure to check your local retailers and gaming stores to pick up the new Yu-Gi-Oh!: Wave of Light Structure Deck.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Flames of Destruction Available this Spring

The Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game is getting a new booster set this Spring!  Be on the look out for Flames of Destruction.  It is a new Link Monster theme and the Set can be used as it’s own deck or you can insert cards into your existing decks for additional strategy elements.  This Set is 100 cards and consists of: 48 Commons; 20 Rares; 14 Super Rares; 10 Ultra Rares; and 8 Secret Rares.  So all you trading card collectors and especially Yu-Gi-Oh! card collectors you’ll need to visit you nearest gaming stores on May 5, which is the scheduled release date for the Yu-Gi-Oh!: Flames of Destruction booster packs.
