Madison McWilliams Advises to “Smell the Roses”

KoralYoungLogo1madison

Madison McWilliams is sharing with us her single “Smell the Roses”.  Madison hits the teen pop scene really well with this upbeat fun single.  Even though with her young age and her voice still developing, Madison already has that raw talent that I am interested in hearing more from her and hope she doesn’t stray to far from the path like other singers.  “Smell the Roses” is a great start for her and I hope she continues evolving her voice career as well as her acting.  Enjoy some fun as Madison McWiliams reminds us to stop and “Smell the Roses” through SoundCloud – Richard:

Patrick Krief’s Lyric Video for “Deo Gratias”

KoralYoungLogo1krief

Patrick Krief is sharing with the ComicPop Library listeners his latest lyric video for his single “Deo Gratias”.  “Deo Gratias” is a hauntingly beautiful introspective single.  How Patrick relays the lyrics and the sway of the music captures you in its simplicity and almost makes the listener almost ache, but in a good way.  The lyric video was directed by Christopher Mills of Modest Mouse.  The video keeps that same simplistic feel, but is haunting with it being done in black and white.  Really nice work done by both artists.  Patrick will be dropping a double album, automanic blue, at the end of September that will include this single so keep an eye out at your digital vendors for it.  Until then enjoy Patrick Krief’s lyric video for “Deo Gratias” through his YouTube page – Richard:

Knox Hamilton Gets “Washed Up Together”

KoralYoungLogo1Knox Hamilton

Knox Hamilton has a nice rock/pop sound they are sharing with the ComicPop Library listeners.  They are letting us enjoy their music video, for their single, “Washed Up Together”.  The video itself will grab you very fast with the fact that they are vacuum sealing people.  With me having allergies listen alone bugs me out, no way am I going to be doing this and if for some reason I did someone would have to be ready to immediately cut me out so I could breath.  The music video, like I said grabs you, but don’t let that be the only thing you get out of this single.  “Washed Up Together” is a strong song about individuals being themselves and not being afraid of doing what you want to do.  Don’t let other people’s judgements get in your way of being you and your loved ones will follow with you…that’s what love is about right.  Here’s Knox Hamilton’s “Washed Up Together” music video from their YouTube channel – Richard

Ahmen and Janani “Choose Love”

KoralYoungLogo1Ahmen2

Ahmen is letting our listeners enjoy his latest single’s music video “We Choose Love” from his upcoming album If Not Now, Then When.  “We Choose Love” has a 1980’s feel to the single and the music video has a 1970’s television intro feel to it.  Both styles remind me of when I was getting down with the music of my day.  Janai Saara joins Ahmen as the feature artist and both have a nice sound between them.  This just hits all the right spots for me.  Check out the music video yourself, through Ahmen’s YouTube channel, and then you can hit up most digital providers and support Ahmen and his album If Not Now, Then When – Richard:

Ripley Sobo’s “Aim High” Single from “Ace the Case” Film

KoralYoungLogo1Ace the Case

Ripley Sobo is getting the word out about her upcoming film Ace the Case: Manhattan Mystery with the single she sings from the movie “Aim High”.  This song has high energy and Ripley (and she’s probably tired of hearing this) is to cute!  Ripley is only 10 years old but she has some spunk and has fun with this song and music video.  Only time will tell if she stays in the business and becomes a duel threat or chooses acting over singing.  Ace the Case is set to come out in select theaters and on demand August 26.  So have fun with your children or enjoy it yourself, until then have fun and share Ripley Sobo’s music video for the single “Aim High” through Ace the Case’s YouTube channel – Richard:

Oblio Releases “Days” Music Video

KoralYoungLogo1oblio

Oblio shared with us their single “Days” a couple of weeks ago.  Now they invite the ComicPop listeners to check out their music video for the single.  The video starts out like it’s going to be a simple video where we just watch the band sing the single in a garage.  However, shortly into the video it moves forward into a story progression were the band is pay homage to the Screamesque or Slasher movie thrillers.  Since I generally like those movies I had fun with this music video and I thank the majority of our listeners will like it to.  Here is Oblio’s “Days” music video through their YouTube channel – Richard:
