Balkan Beat Box is giving our listeners a look at the latest music video for their single “Chin Chin”. “Chin Chin” is from the trio’s fifth album, Shout It Out, and from the start it of the single you now that the band takes an international influence in the rhythm’s in this single. The beat has a light airy feel to it even though it is talking about the allure of material things and the music video carries over that theme. This style might not fit with some listeners, but stretch yourself and you might find you like what you hear. So check out Balkan Beat Box’s “Chin Chin” music video, from the band’s YouTube channel and look for their album on your digital vendor of choice – Richard:

Brett Ferguson Wants to “Take You Home”
Brett Ferguson is sharing with our listeners his single “Take You Home”, from his album Let Go. This single has a simplicity to it that makes it a very welcome change of pace to all the singles out there that are vying for attention. Brett has a nice solid voice and the harmony he has with the female vocals is on point. With this acoustic version Brett hearkens back to the folk singers from the 1970’s like James Taylor or even Simon & Garfunkel. Brett’s album Let Go is available now so check you digital vendors to pick it up. Until then enjoy Brett Ferguson’s “Take You Home” through SoundCloud – Richard:

The Pinkerton Raid has a “Ghost In My Bed”
The Pinkerton Raid is sharing with our listeners their single “Ghost in My Bed”. The band has a very early Americana feel to it. The sound of “Ghost in My Bed” has a little bit of tinny sound to it, which is why I say it has an early Americana feel to the single. The rhythm also has a light airy feel to it supplied by the keyboard. So take a listen to The Pinkerton Raid’s “Ghost in My Bed” from their upcoming 2017 album Tolerence Ends, Love Begins through SoundCloud – Richard:

HYDDE’s New Single “Ghost”
HYDDE is sharing his recent single “Ghost” that features HAWKES. You could call this electronica/soul. The instrumentals hits the electronic sound while the vocals have a strong soul feel to them. This is an interesting mix. The single is very clean and crisp and really enjoyable. Anyone that has been through a breakup will connect with the lyrics as well. When a breakup is recent one can find themselves still expecting that person to come walking through the door. You can check out HYDDE’s single “Ghost” through SoundCloud – Richard:

I wanted to apologize to everyone for not posting for a while now. The holidays hit last week and then when we came back we were notified of a breach to our site. To anyone that might have gotten anything unwanted from some of our pages the last few days I want to apologize. Our IT friends at SWKLS gave us a hand. We were down for a while today while they cleaned up and got everything back to normal. So a great big Thank You! to them, they are great!
