Strae’s Debut Single “Lioness”

Strae is sharing with our listeners her debut single “Lioness”.  This single is an empowerment song in the vein of  a Kelly Clarkson or even Katy Perry.  I really enjoy these types of pop songs and Strae does a great job with the performance with her voice matching well with the instrumentals so that it doesn’t get lost.  Strae has an EP slated for later this year but until then enjoy her single “Lioness” through SoundCloud – Richard:

Saul Rivers “Couldn’t Do It Alone” Music Video

Saul Rivers is sharing with our listeners his music video for his latest single “Couldn’t Do It Alone”.  This single is a soulful reflection of a child thinking about his past and what led him or her to this or her current stage in life.  The music video has Saul packing up his childhood things and finding a batch of pictures thinks about how he couldn’t be where he is today without the love and support of his parents.  Hence the title of the single “Couldn’t Do It Alone”.    You know I loved the light saber that appears during the music video.  “Couldn’t Do It Alone” is the title track of the Saul’s EP of the same name.  Here’s Saul Rivers’ music video for “Couldn’t Do It Alone” through his YouTube channel – Richard:

Jetty Rae Latest Single “Queen of the Universe”

Jetty Rae is sharing with the ComicPop listeners her latest single “Queen of the Universe”.  Jetty Rae has equal parts soul/country/and rock.  This single is right in that slot that it can be enjoyed on any of these types of radio stations.  One would think that with the title “Queen of the Universe” that this would be a hard sell to listeners, but once you start listening to the single you will be captured by Jetty’s voice and the singles haunting tones.  Here’s Jetty Rae’s “Queen of the Universe” through SoundCloud – Richard:

Frenchy B’s Lyric Video for “Rolling”

Frenchy B is sharing with our listeners his latest single “Rolling” lyric video.  This single is from his EP En Route.  The lyric video is pretty simple with a black back ground and the lyric flashing onto the screen.  “Rolling” has a club rap feel to it that has a feel like something Will.I.Am  would put out.  This might catch some of our listeners off guard, but as everyone knows we here at ComicPop enjoy listen to music from around the world and this artist comes to us from way of France.  Here’s Frenchy B’s lyric video through his YouTube channel – Richard:

Bang Bang AMV

Have some fun with the young men of Free! in this AMV from “Literally AMVs” YouTube channel.  This takes the single “Bang Bang” from Jessie J., Ariana Grande, and Nicki Minaj and edits in scenes from the anime Free!:

The Space Between Us Trailer

The Space Between Us looks to be a different slant on the coming of age movie.  Looks like it might be a tear jerker.  Thanks to MovieClips Trailers for the trailer:

Aish’s Debut Single “Promise Me” Music Video

Aish is sharing with our listeners his debut single and music video “Promise Me”.  This single lands, for me, within the experimental music.  This includes the music video as well.  It is a unique animated video that uses psychedelic colors within the landscapes and figures.  I love the violin in this piece and could listen to it just by itself.  For a new treat check out Aish’s music video for his single “Promise Me” through his YouTube channel – Richard:
