Pacific Rim Trailer

Pacific Rim hits theaters this week.  Looks to be cool, but most of your Japanese Manga and Anime fans are going to look at this and say it looks very familiar.  This movie is very reminiscent of Neon Genesis Evangelion, which at one point was vying for a live action movie.  Thanks to “WarnerBrosPictures” on YouTube for the following trailer:

Grown Ups 2 Trailer

Everyone says if you saw the first one you have to see the second.  I have yet to see the first one, but April is dying for me to.  Looks like a fun movie, but not for the little ones.  Thanks to “joblomovienetwork” on YouTube for the following trailer:

Metal Gear Solid: Legacy Collection

The majority of gamers probably already have these in their collections.  However, if you don’t PlayStation is offering up the Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Collection this month.  So if you don’t have the games in your video game collection this would be a good time to pick them all up at once.  Thanks to “SneakingFox” on YouTube for the following trailer:

Creed Bratton’s “Unemployment Line”

THE OFFICE’S

CREED BRATTON

Premieres His Heartfelt Music VIDEO

Creed Bratton’s weathered sagacity is never more
apparent than on “Unemployment Line.”  The new video features shots of Bratton fingerpicking his acoustic guitar in an overgrown field, contrasted with meditative shots of today’s America – all strip malls, car dealerships, dilapidated freeways, and marginal communities.

Creed is speaking through his music for the majority of people facing unemployment during these hard times, with “Unemployment Line”.  Most people if it is not effecting them, they now someone that it is facing the unemployment line or a lesser paying job.  Sending out a prayer to all that this is happening to and for all the countries of the world that this hardship will end soon.
“Unemployment Line” is off of
Creed Bratton’s new three-part album / audio-biography:

Ghost Loft Takes on “LNOE”

BRITISH / CANADIAN INDIE OUTFIT
The High Wire
Premiere FREE Ghost Loft Remix of Buzzed About Single “LNOE”

“’LNOE’ captivates with a high-flying melody that sticks, but the indie pop anthem has been transplanted into an electronic setting, taking on an almost apocalyptic tone that makes the “last night on Earth” line really come to life.”
Ghost Loft has been busy this last year in Remixing songs for several groups.  This is another one to add to their portfolio, “LNOE” performed by The High Wire.

The High Wire began in 2007 as a vehicle for singer/songwriter Tim Crompton. Tim started out recording tracks solo with Producer Julian Simmons (Guillemots, Midlake), until West coast Canadian Alexia Hagen and UK native Ross Forrest joined Tim as core members of The High Wire and the three-piece vision was established.
