Griffin Oskar’s Title Track “Hostage”

Griffin Oskar is sharing with our listeners his title track from his EP “Hostage”.  This single hit me just right.  Griffin has a nice clear voice and the rhythm is catchy and got my interest right away.  “Hostage has a pop/folk feel to it and as everyone knows I enjoy that type of music.  The single also has elements of hip hop in it as well.  Griffin’s Hostage EP has already been released so take a moment and check out “Hostage” through SoundCloud and if you enjoy it like I did be sure to support him by purchasing his EP – Richard:

PEP latest single “Get Physical”

PEP wants everyone to enjoy their single “Get Physical”.  If PEP’s sound is consistent with what they are doing with “Get Physical” they could be a fun group for me to listen to.  The group has a few different styles going on with this single.  They have a tribal beat going on that you would hear in something like The Lion King, but when they verse comes in I automatically go back to the ’50’s and thinking of how the Shangri-Las sang with “Leader of the Pack”.  Then with the chorus you get a pop feel that gives you a ’70’s vibe.  It doesn’t seem like all of these types of music would work, but it does and I’m eager to hear what PEP does next.  Here’s “Get Physical”, by PEP, through SoundCloud – Richard:

Sivik’s Music Video for “All Day All Night”

Sivik shared with us last November his single “All Day All Night”.  He has now had a music video produced for this single.  As you remember he had a flare for the electro/pop that would fit right in at the night clubs.  With the music video he utilizes that aspect of his music.  During the video you have Sivik spotlighted and cut in with that is a dancer that gives us some moves to have fun with.  Here’s Sivik with his music video for the single “All Day All Night” through his YouTube channel – Richard

Saul Rivers “Couldn’t Do It Alone” Music Video

Saul Rivers is sharing with our listeners his music video for his latest single “Couldn’t Do It Alone”.  This single is a soulful reflection of a child thinking about his past and what led him or her to this or her current stage in life.  The music video has Saul packing up his childhood things and finding a batch of pictures thinks about how he couldn’t be where he is today without the love and support of his parents.  Hence the title of the single “Couldn’t Do It Alone”.    You know I loved the light saber that appears during the music video.  “Couldn’t Do It Alone” is the title track of the Saul’s EP of the same name.  Here’s Saul Rivers’ music video for “Couldn’t Do It Alone” through his YouTube channel – Richard:

MISSIO wants You to Get “Twisted”

blackpandaPRtwisted

MISSIO is sharing with the ComicPop listeners their new single “Twisted”.  This single pretty much grabs you from the beginning and doesn’t let go.  With the constant background beat you have a very intense and tense experience with this song.  You just can’t stop listening.  So buckle up for MISSIO’s single “Twisted” through SoundCloud to see what I mean – Richard:

Adam Jensen Releases “The Mystic” Single

blackpandaPRmystic

Adam Jensen shares with us his latest single “The Mystic”.  I don’t know if this is such a genre, but what I think of when I hear this single is “Dark Pop”.  It has a quality to it that not just the lyrics are dark, but even the way the instrumentals are played feel heavy and dark.  Adam’s voice is strong and commanding to give that sense of heaviness as well.  This one might not be for everyone, but for me it hits all the right buttons.  Take a trip on the dark side with Adam Jensen’s “The Mystic” through SoundCloud – Richard:

HYDDE’s New Single “Ghost”

blackpandaPRghost1

HYDDE is sharing his recent single “Ghost” that features HAWKES.  You could call this electronica/soul.  The instrumentals hits the electronic sound while the vocals have a strong soul feel to them.  This is an interesting mix.  The single is very clean and crisp and really enjoyable.  Anyone that has been through a breakup will connect with the lyrics as well.  When a breakup is recent one can find themselves still expecting that person to come walking through the door.  You can check out HYDDE’s single “Ghost” through SoundCloud – Richard:

SIVIK’s Latest Single “All Day All Night”

blackpandaPRsivik1

Sivik is sharing his latest single with us “All Day All Night”.  This one like his previous single he shared with us, “High”, is one that fits perfectly into the night club dance scene.  Just a fun beat that couples will enjoy dancing to on the floor.  Join in on the fun with Sivik’s “All Day All Night” through SoundCloud – Richard:

La Bouquet’s Music Video “Loveless”

blackpandaPRla-bouquet

La Bouquet is sharing with our listeners their music video for their single “Loveless”.  “Loveless” is squarely in the rock genre with a slit bit of pop thrown in.  This single has a heavier tone to it than the musical beat implies, if one takes the time and listens to the lyrics.  La Bouquet takes a subject and spines it to a tune and beat that is catchy and pleasing to the ear.  The music video is a standard band video, but I will say that having the room full of roses was appealing which helped elevate the video.  Enjoy La Bouguet’s “Loveless” music video through their YouTube channel – Richard:
