Don’t Forget Free Comic Book Day is Coming up

Librarians don’t forget to get in touch with your local comic book shops for Free Comic Book Day.  If you have a store that can help out by giving you a limited number of free books that would be great.  However, the stores actually have to purchase these titles.  If you are wanting a large amount of titles get with the stores to order the amounts of each title you wish to have available in your library to help promote this event and medium.  This is a fairly inexpensive event that can be done within the library just give your local stores plenty of time to get the titles you want ordered, don’t wait until the last minute.  Your stores can give you a listing of titles or you can go to the events main website to get a listing.
