Come this July Konami will be releasing Yu-Gi-Oh! Cybernetic Horizon booster packs. This deck modernizes themes made popular with Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, 5D’s, and Zexal. Cybernetic Horizon is to be a 100 card set that will contain 48 Commons, 20 Rares, 14 Super Rares, 10 Ultra Rares, and 8 Secret Rares. So be on the look out, July 27, at your local stores that sell Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Games.

Nickelodeon has worked out a deal with Konami Digital Entertainment’s 4K Media to air several Yu-Gi-Oh! titles on it’s Nicktoons channel. The titles are: Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s, and season 1 and 2 of Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal.

With Yu-Gi-Oh still going strong, CW 4Kids Toonzai is debuting Yu-Gi-Oh Zexal, October 15. The franchise is still strong here in the U.S., so this is a title for librarians that keep track of their Anime Collection to place in their forth coming folder as a possible purchase in the future. This is for your library’s Yu-Gi-Oh fans. Anime News Network has a small article (linked below) about the new Yu-Gi-Oh series entitled Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal anime series and it states the manga is already in production in Japan. This will be one title to look for in the next year if not sooner for library collections.
