The Dark Tower adaptation from Stephen King’s novel has it’s first trailer released. I myself have only read part of the first book, so maybe I’m wrong, but this doesn’t remind me of the book. What do you think? Anyway here’s the trailer through MovieClips Trailers:

Dark Tower Still in the Works
Stephen King’s Dark Tower series is still in the works for TV and feature films. ICv2 is reporting that HBO has picked up the TV series and the feature films are still being shopped around. With the books being so popular and now the comic book adaptations are popular it’s a good time to shop this property around.
King and Hill become King of the Hill
Stephen King and his son Joe Hill are teaming up to produce a graphic novel adaptation of the co-written novel Throttle. The adaptation will be entitle Road Rage and published through IDW. Throttle/Road Rage is a work that the two men did to pay tribute to Richard Matheson’s Duel. Interior art will be provide by Nelson Daniel and covers by Phil Noto. Road Rage is scheduled to be released in February. Later in the year Chris Ryall will adapt Matheson’s Duel with art provided by Rafa Garres.
