ICv2 is reporting that Sea Lion Books has purchased the worldwide rights to Anne Rice’s novel Christ the Lord: The Road to Cana. Anne Rice will write the adaptation with Anne Elizabeth and art will be by Siya Oum. Sea Lion is planning for a Spring 2012 release of the adaptation before Easter.
Young Adult Librarians check this out! ICv2’s site has a brief article, linked below, that Sea Lion Books has acquired comic and graphic novel rights of Becca Fitzpatrick’s, bestselling young adult book, Hush, Hush.
