Yu-Gi-Oh! and Konami at SDCC!

If you’re lucky enough to be one of the San Diego Comic Con’s attendees you’ll get to see Yu-Gi-Oh! at the Konami Digital Entertainment booth #3713, between July 18-22.

The booth will be full of activities and features including the return of the green screen photo booth.  The booth will also have the most recent products available to purchase as well as an exclusive Yu-Gi-Oh! game mat just for SDCC.  The mat will feature the imagery of Jaden Yusei along with the Elemental Hero Nebula Neos for $30.00, while supplies last.

You can also do some organized dueling in Play Room #16B, on the Mezzanine level where Konami will host a variety of Yu-Gi-Oh! events including win-mats, 2019 Regional Qualifiers, Attack of the Giant Card!!, and more.

So be sure to stop by their booth and enjoy your time at SDCC!

Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice Trailer

Growing up my parents always picked up the DC Comics for me.  So I’m more of a DC guy instead of a Marvel guy even though I love Marvel as well.  But man I love see the small screen and big screen coming to life with what to me are my heroes.  So you knew I couldn’t let the weekend come without posting the trailer to the new Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer that debuted at ComicCon.  All I can say is it looks good.  Seems to pick up within the Man of Steel battle, with Bruce Wayne present in Metropolis at the time.  So that was a nice tie-in.  Plus Batman has always been about protecting the people even to include other heroes that might turn.  Check out Justice League: Tower of Babel for this concept.  Thanks to Warner Bros. for streaming this on the YouTube channel for us to share with everyone – Richard:

d’Errico Talks About Censorship with CBLDF

Over on Comic Book Legal Defense Fund’s site, Becca Hoekstra has an article were she talked with Camilla d’Errico about censorship of Women Artists and the woman body.  D’Errico recounts that earlier in her carrier as an artist she enjoyed creating works with nude women in them, but after several conventions where people came up to her and told her that it was improper to display this artwork she stopped.  Today being a few years older she is beginning to take a different approach.  One of her highest selling prints at the San Diego Comic Convention was a nude print.  To read the complete article follow the link below:
