Logan found the Mystery Skulls and had me give it a listen and all I have to say is way cool! I love their single “Ghost”. It has a catchy beat that once you start the song it captures you until it’s done. Then on top of that they have a Scooby-Doo and the Mystery Machine inspired animated music video just brings it home for me. I love it, and encourage everyone to check them out on YouTube for some fun through MysteryBen27’s channel – Richard:
Scooby-Doo and Batman: The Brave and The Bold
For those of you in the know…this isn’t the first time Scooby-Doo and the Gang have teamed up with Batman. This happened back in the day as well. It’s all for fun and that’s how you will want to take this feature. So to get a blast from the past, for us old timers, check out Scooby-Doo and Batman: The Brave and The Bold’s trailer through DC’s YouTube channel:
Friday on Elm Street’s Lyric Video for “Dear Beth”
With the name Friday on Elm Street I expected a hard rock dark feel to this music. What we get with “Dear Beth” is a light pop rock single. Once I wrapped my heard of preconceived notions to what the band style is, I enjoyed the single. It is a synth heavy single and the lyrics are clear and everything has a catchy rhythm to “Dear Beth”. I don’t know it the style is through the rest of Friday on Elm Street’s music, but with this single my mind kept going back to what the Scooby-Doo cartoons would play within their episodes, just fun lighthearted music. Check out Friday on Elm Street’s lyric video for “Dear Beth” on their YouTube channel and pick up his album that drops on the 12th of this month – Richard:
Scooby-Doo Gets Legoed
For all you Lego fans out there….Look what’s coming in August. Lego has teamed up with Scooby-Doo to bring those meddling kids to you in brick form. They are testing the new license with three sets that include the: Mystery Machine; Haunted Lighthouse; and Mummy Museum. I didn’t get into lego when I was yound and still don’t collect them now, but that doesn’t mean I don’t think they are cool looking. Have fun building this August.
