Victoria Celestine ponders “As We Grow Old” in Her Latest Single

blackpandaPRVictoria

Victoria Celestine ponders that feeling that everyone gets in her latest single “As We Grow Old”.  However, this tune doesn’t take on an old feel.  It is upbeat with a Techno vibe that you would find in the 1980’s to early 1990’s.  Victoria herself has a soft higher register voice that if she isn’t careful with the music will over take her lyrics.  With “As We Grow Old” this is stretched to the limit, but she stays within the level of blending with the music more than being overpowered by it.  Thank you to Victoria for sharing “As We Grow Old” with us through SoundCloud, check it out I think you will enjoy it – Richard:

Ted Z and The Wranglers Rustle us up Some Music

ted z

Ted Z and The Wranglers is sharing with us their latest single “Go Find Your Heaven” – Radio Edit.  This single will appeal to our Country/Western listeners.  This group has their feet firmly planted in the Country/Western genre with this single.  This means there isn’t a lot of competing sounds.  The instrumentals are small listed and pure and the vocals come through nice and strong.  Think back to the Country that was playing back in the 1970’s to 1980’s, before country went with a more electric sound.  A nice job all around.  Give a listen to Ted Z and The Wranglers’ single “Go Find Your Heaven” – Radio Edit that they are sharing through SoundCloud – Richard:

If you like music from the 1980’s to early 1990’s Secret Weapons latest is for you.  Gerry Lange and Dan E. make up this Brooklyn duo and they are sharing with us their single “Something New”.  “Something New” has a good beat and will get you singing along with the single in no time…at least it was that way for me and I’m ready to hear more from them.  Take a moment and enjoy “Something New” that Secret Weapons is sharing with us through SoundCloud – Richard:

DaniElle DeLaite’s “Shooting Stars” Music Video

cyberpr1DaniElle

DaniElle DaLaite comes to us from Australia to share her music video for her single “Shooting Stars”.  DaniElle has this nice soft voice that could get lost in the music, but she doesn’t allow that to happen with this single.  The music is set at the right level that her vocals are still nice and clearly heard, nice job of finding that balance.  “Shooting Stars” itself has a light rock/pop feel that most will enjoy so check out DaniElle DaLaite’s “Shooting Stars” music video through her YouTube channel – Richard

Mooji gives us a “Medley”

cyberpr1Double_Agent_Artwork

Mooji has developed an electric/alternative style with his offering of “Medley” from his upcoming album Double Agent.  The single is one that has an interesting feel to it and evoked different feelings in me at different times.  The instrumental gives it that electro feel, but it also has a beat that is gives you a tribal cadence.  Then when Mooji comes in with the lyrics it goes to an island feel.  It’s an interesting mix that’s almost hypnotic.  If you have access to the private listings on SoundCloud sign-in and look up Mooji Medley (free download) to get a taste of Mooji’s album, Double Agent, will be like.

Bleona’s is sharing with us her music video for her single “Take You Over”.  Her first album will be hitting in the early part of 2016 and will be entitled I Am Bleona.  I can see this single being played in the night clubs with ease.  It has a little bit of a techno feel and you can feel a European influence sneak through as well.  Check out the music video that Bleona is sharing with us through her Bleonavevo YouTube channel – Richard:

Have you Heard the “Rumors” from Alia Lorae

cyberpr1alia

This is Alia’s social commentary about rumors.  “Rumors” is one some people will get and love or not.  If nothing else you can appreciate what the commentary.  The single is interesting, but a little bit to repetitive.  The music video is interesting as well in how it was constructed.  This single, to me, is on that edge of being placed in the experimental genre.  Take a look at the “Rumors” music video that Alia Lorae is sharing with us through her YouTube channel – Richard:
