Man is Not a Bird comes to us from France to deliver a banging punk single “Life & Levity”. The group is sharing with us their single, which is from their upcoming EP by the same title, Life & Levity. The EP is scheduled to release June 3 via Splendid. So if you want to jolt yourself awake this morning this single will do it for you. If “Life & Levity” is anything like the rest of the EP you can bang out every day with them. DreamVacation is sharing with the ComicPop listeners their single “Letting in the Dead” off their Self-Titled EP. “Letting in the Dead” has a rock beat that will get your head to movin’ with a fun rhythm. The lead vocalist has a voice that is kind of a blend of Bruce Springsteen and Tom Petty. I love the artwork they have for the single which is pictured above. Even though many will see this as a dark song before they even listen to it, once you listen to it you will get a new prospective that maybe the “Dead” are cool!…at least for the single “Letting in the Dead’ they’re cool! Leondro is shaing with ComicPop again. This time he is giving everyone the opportunity to watch his music video for his single “Super Big”. Love the nice catchy fun rhythm that he has giving “Super Big” that is in contrast to the lyrics, but it works. The song and video take on a subject that is very serious, but shows that with hard work and commitment you can better your situation. It might be hard, but nothing worth having comes easy. Troy is sharing with all the ComicPop listeners his music video for his single “Song Man”. “Song Man” has a strong rock beat that as the music video shows a couple would slow dance to. The video is different in that it takes on a performance look along with a storytelling aspect about the older couple dancing to the tune. A well constructed song that takes on a rock/ballad feel.
