It’s been a while since we spotlighted one of our favorite J-Pop/Rock groups Sekai no Owari! This time we feature their music video for “Anti-Hero”. “Anti-Hero” has a great sound and the music video is another treat for the eyes from Sekai no Owari. The theme fits ComicPop Library with comic books and manga having several titles that feature anti-heroes. Anna Rose is giving the ComicPop listeners another treat with her new single “Bury Me Deep”. As you can imagine with a track entitled “Bury Me Deep” the single is a slower paced song. Anna uses her sultry voice to draw you into the single and take this musical journey with her. “Bury Me Deep” is from her upcoming EP Strays in the Cut, which will be out June 17. Lily Elise is back with ComicPop Library so our listeners can enjoy her latest single “Let Me Down”, featuring Made in LA. Lily has a very strong natural voice and it is clearly the feature of her music. Some artists can depend on their instruments to cover their voices, when they are uncomfortable with it, but not here. The vocals are front and center. Lily is playing with an electro/pop and even soul sound in this single. The beat of this single, at times, takes on a slowed down dub step, to me. The Sherbert Gang, love the name by the way, is sharing with us their electro/pop single “Far Away”. “Far Away” is from their self titled EP that will be released later this year. This single will definitely get your blood to pumping. It starts out coming straight at you from the start and doesn’t let you go until you finish. Rel is giving our listeners a new experience in listening to music with “Factory”. With all the different sounds hitting me with this single I wasn’t quite sure about it. As “Factory” continued I really started to appreciate what is being done with the instrumentality of this piece. Jesse Mac Cormack is giving us a moody track with “After the Glow’. This is one that slows the pace down with a darker moodier feel. This single is one that I can see people playing after a relationship has gone quite according to plan and you are just down at that moment.
