New Marvel HeroClix
Here is something you can talk to your Gaming patrons about that like HeroClix. WizKids is set to release “Hulk Smash! Fast Force Pack” (with 6 pieces) and the Incredible Hulk Single Boosters on December 14.
Hulk S.M.A.S.H.ed!
ICv2 is reporting that at Comic Con this last weekend Jeph Loeb announced that Disney XD has a Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. in development. This is a new animated series that is being looked at to get Tween and Teen boys into watching. This is one of the primary reasons Disney purchased Marvel is because they had no properties that drew in the young boy viewers. We will probably see more of this coming out from Disney as the years progress.
Hulk #181 Hits High Mark
Another Marvel comic book has made news recently. The Incredible Hulk #181 has set a sales record for a “Bronze Age” comic book issue. The significance of Incredible Hulk #181 is that it was the first appearance of Wolverine. Since his conception Wolverine has been very popular with fans and continues to be to this day.
