I hope everyone is enjoying the 7th Season of Game of Thrones. Since we don’t do premium channels this is one that our family has to get and watch on DVD/Blu-ray.
The Manimals want to “Talk” with You
The single “Talk’ from The Manimals starts out slow and makes you think you are going to get a ballad, but then the band kicks it in high gear and shifts to an almost Punk Rock beat. During the middle of the song the rhythm slows again for dramatic effect and then kicks it again. The music video that The Manimals’ are sharing with ComicPop listeners is what I would call an off the grid dance/party themed video. Here is “Talk”, from their album Seven inspired from their love of Game of Thrones, through Haley Bowery’s YouTube channel for you to check out – Richard:

Season 3 of Game of Thrones
HBO’s Game of Thrones: Season 3 will debut the last of March. One of the better adult fantasy stories that I have seen. Definitely not kid friendly, but even if you have not read the books, but love the fantasy genre, you will more than likely love this series. Thanks to ICv2 for the update and trailer through YouTube:
ComicPop Library Episode 8
It’s the debut of the new crew….Chris Dressler, Matt Moyer and Johnny Dunlap join Richard to review and discuss HBO’s Game of Thrones, adapted from George R.R. Martin’s novel by the same name, and Blue Exorcist by Kazue Kato. We are going with a new style for the show where it is more relaxed. There will be very little editing and you will get to hear some of the few bumps that occasionally happen. So remember, when you listen have fun.
Game of Thrones Returning
HBO’s Game of Thrones is set to return this coming April. ICv2, through HBO, has put up a teaser trailer. Not much to the trailer, but a hint of what is to come next season. Check it out below.
