Fantasy Flight Games was able to officially announce that it is releasing a Star Wars: X-Wing – The Force Awakens core gaming set. The slated release date is for September 16, just right around the corner. The set will include one T-70 X-Wing and two TIE/fo Fighters. This set will also be able to be used with existing expansions and rules for squad building of the Star Wars: X-Wing game. So keep an eye out in your gaming stores.
Star Wars Table Top Strategy Game
Fantasy Flight Games is coming out with Star Wars Armada, a table top strategy game in 2015. The game is for two players and comes with several unpainted and some painted ships from both the Empire and Rebel Alliance. In addition the box set will include 130 cards, a variety of tokens and dice and of course instructions. The game itself is for two players and will be of interest to table top players as well as Star Wars fans. Projected price at this time is set at $99.95, so you better start saving up for it now.
New Expansion Pack for Star Wars Game
For all you miniature gamers and Star Wars collectors Fantasy Flight Games is release the above expansion pack in the forth quarter. The set is the “X-Wing: Imperial Aces Expansion Pack” and will have a suggested price tag of $29.95. The expansion pack comes with what you see above, but the miniatures are two TIE-Interceptors. One will be from the 181st Fighter Wing and the other one will be a Emperor’s Royal Guard TIE-Interceptor.
New Star Wars RPG Supplementary
Fantasy Flight Games has announce that it’s supplementary to the Star Wars: Edge of the Empire role playing game, will be delayed until the third quarter of this year. So all the gamers that were eagerly waiting and wondering what was up, there you go. Just be a little patient and Star Wars: Edge of the Empire, Beyond the Rim will be available at retail for you to pick up for your collection.
X-Wing Expansion Sets
Fantasy Flight Games has set July as the month for the company to release four Star Wars: X-Wing Miniatures Game Expansion Sets. The sets will be the X-Wing, TIE Fighter, Y-Wing, and TIE Advance. This would be something that will appeal to your gamers, but your other Star Wars fans might like them just for display purposes. The sets are going to be at the suggested price of $14.95.
