Eilidh’s “Home” has a solid rock sound. Music is good and her vocals are strong enough that they aren’t overpowered in this song. Very nice, check out her video below from her YouTube channel – Richard:

Eilidh has a really good quality voice for the rocker scene. With that said, I wonder if she has the intensity and drive to back it up. Her song “Hold Steady” seamed to drag a bit, I was waiting for the kick and it never came. Her style reminds me of something Jack White would put out. The difference between the two is that Jack always has something interesting going on with either the vocals or instrumentals at all times. Eilidh’s song seemed to fall flat and became a little repetitive to me. I am very interested in where she’ll go and how her music will evolve.
