The Hollywood Reporter has reported that Olivia Wilde and Garrett Hedlund will return for a third Disney, Tron movie. Joseph Kosinski will return as the director as well. Sounds cool to me, but I’m a science fiction fan in general.
Daredevil is Almost Here
For everyone that has Netflix the wait is almost over for Marvel’s Daredevil. Sadly I am one of those that do not subscribe to Netflix. I’m thinking it will come out on DVD eventually and I’ll catch it that way…I can wait. Anyway here is the latest trailer from NetFlix through CBR Trailers YouTube channel:

What if there was an Empire-focussed short Star Wars animation, drawn with the crazy detail and shading of classic 80s anime that’s all but vanished from Japan nowadays?
Well, I tried my best. Apologies in advance for not living up to Venus Wars standards.
Drawn and animated by yours truly over 4 years’ worth of weekends, with music by the living guitar solo Zak Rahman and sound design by up and coming audio technician Joseph Leyva. Fans of Lucasarts’ seminal 1994 TIE Fighter game may notice a few familiar sights and sounds. Star Wars Looks to the Future
The folks over at starwars.com have released some information about the future of the Star Wars franchise. Of course it isn’t a whole lot, but it is interesting. This summer filming will begin for the first stand alone Star Wars movie, entitled Rogue One, starring Felicity Jones. Rogue One is slated for a December 16, 2016 release. Then the next installment of the main movies, Star Wars VIII, is scheduled for a May 26, 2017, release and will be written and directed by Rian Johnson. We will see how much will change between now and then.
Netflix’s Daredevil Trailer

For me we need the red costume for it to be Daredevil, something like the red costume pictured above. LucasFilm Gives The Title for Episode VII
Star Wars Episode Vii: The Force Awakens, I like it. During the original trilogy the Force was in basically in a forced dormant state by the Emperor. So by the end of Return of the Jedi with the Emperor’s defeat many of the beings that do have Force traits can allow themselves to awaken the force within them.

Cumberbatch is Strange!
Believe it or not I think this could really work. Not because I’m a die hard Cumberbatch fan though. I do like his acting but I’m not an uber fan. If you look at his picture above and the art work for Doctor Strange the facial features a similar. Also the actor that plays Strange has to have that egotistical air about them with a little edge, but still likable. I think Cumberbatch is already doing that with his Sherlock character. I for one hope he and Marvel Entertainment can come to an agreement and this would be a great kick starter for the Marvel Supernatural Universe.
