We are just having fun reviewing and discussing comic books, graphic novels, manga, anime/animation, music and movies that we have recently read, listened to or watched.
I’m liking the CW Network more and more. They have added another comic inspired show to their rotation, with iZombie. I enjoy the comic book these are based on being CW it is a DC/Vertigo property. The trailer looks good and it will be one for me to place on my to watch list. Check out it out through CW’s YouTube channel:
Season 3 of Arrow looks to be like great outing and now we also get the first season of the Flash. And to top it all off they are tied together. Bringing us more superheroes and super villains. Looks like DC is doing with television what Marvel is doing in the movies, making a DC Universe that is tied together with the Arrow and Flash. Question is will the new Gotham television series be tied in with the Arrow and Flash as well. Any way here is the latest trailer from the CW with the upcoming Flash series that is spinning out of the Arrow series. It looks like another winner to me. This new clip of CW’s Arrow looks interesting. It looks like they might be going more for the action thriller vibe and a serious tone like I mentioned in a previous post, like Supernatural. Thanks to ICv2 and YouTube for the following trailer:
The CW has announced that it will be airing Arrow, based on DC Comic’s Green Arrow, on Wednesday’s at 8:00 p.m. Eastern and 7:00 p.m. Central for the new Fall season. The show will then be followed by Supernatural, which has been a staple for the CW for several years now. The following video has been made available from ICv2 and The CW:
It has been announced that the DC adaptation of Green Arrow into a television series has made it to the schedule for the CW channel. The hopes is that this will be another Smallville for them. It will star Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen/Green Arrow and Katie Cassidy as Dinah Lance/Black Canary. As long as it’s good I’ll be watching.
AnimeNews Network site has posted a clip from the upcoming Supernatural anime series. As stated in a previous report Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles, stars of the live action series, will provide their voices for the series. Don’t forget that this is Smallville’s last season. The final episode is only a couple of weeks away. The CW will be airing it on May 13 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern time.
