Cosmos & Creature is sharing with our listeners their latest single “Young”.  ‘Young” has a fun infectious beat to it that just captures the listener and lets them groove to the rhythm.  This young duo is comprised of Brandyn Burnette and Molly Moore and they have a great sound together.  They land squarely in the pop genre that fits their voices perfectly.  Can’t wait to hear more from them.  Get your body to moving with Cosmos & Creature’s single “Young” through SoundCloud – Richard:

Patrick Krief’s Latest Single “All is Lost”

Patrick Krief is sharing with us again from his upcoming double album automanic.  He is giving our listeners a look at his latest music video for his single “All is Lost”.  Patrick takes us on a soulful journey with “All is Lost” with it’s rock ballad feel.  Patrick mixes his voice in with the instrumentals that reflects the song’s lyrics with “I was lost”.  Weather this was intentional or not it works, for me, as a great metaphor.  The music video takes a little getting used to with just a pair of eyes that seem to be gazing out of the screen, which probably will be a little disturbing for some.  Don’t let that sway you on the single though, it’s a great melancholy piece.  Here is Patrick Krief’s music video for “All Is Lost” through his YouTube channel – Richard:

Jackie Paladino Loves “Daddy’s Money”

city bird publicityjakcie

Jackie Paladino is sharing with our listeners here latest music video for her single, “Daddy’s Money”.  The single has a nice 1950’s styling to it and then about 1:30 in it gets a pop infusion that carries through until the end of the single and it goes back to the 1950’s feel.  With Jackie’s smoky voice it fits this type of sound really nicely.  The infusion of pop into the single was refreshing as well and I can hear a remix coming where she uses the pop beat all the way through the single, which I think would be sweet.  The music video is taking ques from the past as well with her and the rest of the crew in period dress with the old style microphones, makes it look nice and classy.  Here’s Jackie Paladino’s music video for “Daddy’s Money” for you to enjoy through her YouTube channel – Richard:

“Check Your Books” Event With Rhonda Rees

check-your-booksindie

Our friend Rhonda Rees is having another “Check Your Books” PSA campaign online piracy event during the first annual “Indie Author Day” on October 8.  If you are planning on attending this event be sure to stop by and visit with Rhonda about this issue that is effecting authors.  Here is a section from the article and the link so you can view the complete article for the “Check Your Books” campaign on PRWeb: http://www.prweb.com/releases/2016/09/prweb13717092.htm

During the month of October, she is encouraging authors and publishers to run detailed Google and Bing searches to see if their work is compromised by being offered for “free” without their knowledge or permission. She wants them to plug in the title of their book, or books, the author’s name, and the words ‘free downloads’ to see what comes up.

Unfortunately, this is a subject that Rees knows about first-hand. Her US copyrighted, trademarked, registered and award-winning book, “Profit and Prosper with Public Relations®: Insider Secrets to Make You a Success was being offered as a free download on several sites without her consent. https://www.amazon.com/Profit-Prosper-Public-Relations-Rhonda/dp/0982223501

Rees is far from the only one that this situation is happening to. Countless other unsuspecting authors across the globe are also left vulnerable to these unscrupulous Internet thieves. “It’s not just the famous recording artists and celebrities that are being ripped off anymore. Instead, online book piracy is having an impact on the average person in a very big way,” says Rees.

Jake Davis Latest Single “So Le Me Go”

mora may agencyjake-davis

Jake Davis is giving our listeners an opportunity to listen to his latest single “So Le Me Go”.  The single still has a little of the electronica feel to it, but it mostly hits the more rock influence within music.  It has that hard drum and guitar beat throughout the song that is every present in rock stylings.  Jake voice shines again with enough of a rough edge to it to make the piece interesting.  So get your Monday started with a great feeling rock song with Jake Davis’ “So Le Me Go” through SoundCloud – Richard:
