Marvel Offers Revenge Title

If you or your patrons are fans of ABC’s Revenge, currently in it’s third season, then this graphic novel might interest you.  Marvel is slated to release Revenge: The Secret Origin of Emily Thorne on September 3.  This is one you will want to consider adding to your graphic novel collection.  This is kind of becoming a habit with Disney.  They already have graphic novels for their ABC series Castle and Once Upon a Time.

Castle Game

Here is another forth coming card game that you might be interested in if you are a fan of the TV series Castle.  Cryptozoic Entertainment is going to release Castle: The Detective Card Game that can be played by 2 to 5 players.  The suggested retail will be $30.00, but there is no release date as of this posting.  Keep an eye on their Facebook page, http://www.facebook.com/Castle?ref=ts&fref=ts, and it will probably be announced their.

Still Having Fun with the Castle Franchise

Get ready for a second round with Derrick Storm.  Marvel Entertainment and ABC Studios is releasing the second graphic novel based on the fictional Richard Castle’s Derrick Storm books.  This graphic novel is entitled Richard Castle’s Storm Season and is scheduled for release October 17.  This is one libraries that have Castle fans will want to pickup as they did the first graphic novel.  If this is your first knowledge of this series, pick up both graphic novels for your library.

Marvel gets Castled

Librarians take note that your DVD collection well be able to cross over with your graphic novel collection again.  Marvel and the ABC network, both Disney properties, have announced that a Castle graphic novel is in the works.  It is slated to be a 112 page hardcover and to be released September 28.  As librarians know this is not to far out there.  The Castle television series, centered around a novelist Richard Castle played by Nathan Filion, has already produced two novels written by “Richard Castle” (Ghost written of course).  Link below to ICv2 for the full article.
