Thanks to Brooke of CyberPR for sending us another artist to look at. This time it is Meresha with her EP New Revolution. We get to hear “Lemonade City”. Meresha has a lower sultry voice that places her sound within the R&B genre. However, in “Lemonade City’ you can hear elements of the Pop genre as well. Take a listen to Meresha through the YouTube channel “Various Artists” and see what you think of “Lemonade City” – Richard
Blade of Grass Hits the Ground “Dancing”
Thanks to Brooke of Cyber PR for sharing with us Blade of Grass. In the single I picked from this duo, “Dance to the Radio” has a sound quality of something that you would hear from The Stray Cats. This is just one of their many sounds. These guys are very diverse. Visit their site at http://bladeofgrassmusic.com/ to listen to other songs and pick up some of there music through your favorite digital download app. You can listen to “Dance to the Radio” and “Be Here Now” through SoundCloud to get a sampling of Blade of Grass – Richard:
Live Hart Brings a Smooth Sound
Live Hart is a young woman that sounds confident in her singing. She has a smooth Jazz/Soul sound. Listening to the samples I’ve listen to so far is that she doesn’t strain her voice to hit notes that are out of her range. She knows her voice and works it beautifully. Check out her song “Please Don’t Say It’s Over” from her YouTube channel. Live Hart won’t disappoint – Richard
Take a “Meeting” with the Road Man
Road Man got me from the first drum beat and then the guitar comes in…yes, yes, yes! His current single is “The Meeting” and it sounds great. It has a clean simple beat and his voice is clear and hits all the right notes. He has a little bit of country and rhythm and blues mixed together and I love the sound. He has provided us his music video for “The Meeting” through his YouTube channel so be sure to check it out – Richard
War Poets Single “The Siren Sings This Canticle”
Check out War Poets single “The Siren Sings This Canticle”. The group has a nice clean sound to them and their voices blend well together. If their other songs are like this I’m going to be pleased. You don’t always have to have the blaring music to produce a quality song. Check out their music video for “The Siren Sings This Canticle” through their YouTube channel – Richard
