“Start a War” Music Video

blackpandaPRstart

Anna Rose shared with our listeners her single “Start a War” a while back.  She has recently finished up the music video for the single and wanted to share it with the ComicPop listeners.  Anna’s EP Strays in the Cut will be available later this spring.  Check out the music video below through Anna Rose’s YouTube channel – Richard:

Adam Jensen debuts “Sandcastles”

blackpandaPRadam1

Adam Jensen is sharing his debut single “Sandcastles” with the ComicPop Library listeners.  “Sandcastles” is a nice clean and clear pop single.  Adam’s voice is strong and confident.  The music compliments his voice not the other way around.  I also love the instrument play he has in this single.  He is playing around with sound and I like it.  It also gives the single an alternative feel.  Many of us will also appreciate the lyrics and relate to them.  Adam is still working on an EP that he plans on releasing later this year and if this is an indication of what will be on it I’m definitely interested in hearing more.  Check out Adam Jensen’s “Sandcastles” through SoundCloud, I think you will like it – Richard:

The Classic Kids Release Music Video for “Drive”

blackpandaPRClassic kids

The Classic Kids is sharing with ComicPop Library listeners again.  This time they are giving us their music video for their new single “Drive”.  This is another fun song that everyone will get into and have fun with, especially for the fans of 1980’s – 90’s music.  They do a nice call back to that time, which I lived through so I really enjoyed this and their other singles.  Check it out the “Drive” music video through The Classic Kids YouTube channel – Richard:

Blancos’ Music Video for “BKCBD”

blackpandaPRblancos

The Blancos are making their EP debut with Broken Kids.  They are sharing with ComicPop their music video for the single “BKCBD” from the EP.  This single is one that will surprise people.  Parents will probably here the lyrics and go crazy because of the mature content.  However, this single has a beautiful rhythm and the lyrics even though rough are telling a powerful story, because their are probably several kids that think this and many more that are living it (“BKCBD”/ Broken Kids Chasing Broken Dreams).  The music video has a very cinematic feel to it and gives additional weight to the single.  The Blancos are going to be at SXSW so if you are there during their session stop in to check them out.  Until then here is their “BKCBD” music video from their YouTube channel that you can enjoy – Richard:

RYNO Shares his Lyric Music Video for His Single “Stars in the Sky”

blackpandaPRryno

RYNO is sharing his multilingual lyric music video with the ComicPop listeners, for his single “Stars in the Sky”.  RYNO has a nice clean sound and “Stars in the Sky” is an enjoyable upbeat single that will have you singing with him before the song is through.  I really enjoyed this single and can’t wait to hear what else RYNO has in the works.  Thanks again to RYNO for sharing “Stars in the Sky” through his YouTube channel – Richard:

Rozes featured with Chainsmokers on Late Late Show

blackpandaPRrozes1

We’ve featured Rozes before, but she had the cool experience of being on National television.  The Chainsmokers were on The Late Late Show with James Corden for their song “Roses” that Rozes is featured in.  So check out the footage from the Late Late Show’s YouTube channel to see and listen to Rozes performance – Richard:

Sean McVerry debut Single “Kerosene”

blackpandaPRSean McVerry1

Sean McVerry is sharing with us his debut single “Kerosene”.  It is featured on his upcoming EP Hourglass Switchboard I, that is set to release January 22.  “Kerosene” verse is very clean and simple then it transitions in the chorus to a heavier beat.  The styling reminded me of Mumford & Sons.  I enjoyed the single and I think you will to.  If this is an indication of the rest of the EP I’m eager to listen to the other songs.  Thanks again to Sean for sharing “Kerosene” through SoundCloud – Richard

Thanks to Sekai No Owari and Amanda Charney Harris of BlackPanda PR for sharing their music in supporting ComicPop Library.  We mention in the podcast that the link I had was to the bands Japanese website, however since then BlackPandaPR had their English website so that is listed below in the links.
