ICv2 is reporting that Sea Lion Books has purchased the worldwide rights to Anne Rice’s novel Christ the Lord: The Road to Cana. Anne Rice will write the adaptation with Anne Elizabeth and art will be by Siya Oum. Sea Lion is planning for a Spring 2012 release of the adaptation before Easter.
ICv2 is reporting that Yen Press will be releasing a Anne Rice graphic novel. Interview with a Vampire: Claudia’s Story is the title of the upcoming graphic novel. It isn’t an adaptation of the novel, however it looks at the events of Interview with a Vampire from Claudia’s point of view. Scheduled release is in the Fall of 2012.
