ICv2 is reporting that the upcoming Star Wars Complete Saga Blu-Ray set will include up to 40 hours of extras and the set will be a total of 9 discs. This might be an expensive purchase for the library, but if your library has started purchasing Blu-Rays this would be a great addition to your collection. ICv2’s site has a brief article, linked below, about the possibility of a Deadpool movie. 20th Century Fox is moving ahead with X-Men Origins: Deadpool. Ryan Reynolds is still slated to play Wade Wilson (Deadpool) as he did in X-Men Origins: Wolverine. However, the new information that Fox has released is that, at this time Tim Miller has been tapped to director the Deadpool movie, in his directorial debut.
ICv2 is reporting that 20th Century Fox is taking another chance with the Daredevil movie rights. The company has hired David Slade to director the new Daredevil movie. As in all things dealing with the movie industry things can change on a dime. If your library has any Daredevil fans you might mention that Fox is looking at this property again.
