We are just having fun reviewing and discussing comic books, graphic novels, manga, anime/animation, music and movies that we have recently read, listened to or watched.
Most of you will be picking this up, especially those that follow The Legend of Zelda. Hyrule Warriors: Legends is set for a North American release for March 25, this Friday. Nintendo’s YouTube channel is streaming a gameplay video of the character Linkle for everyone to watch. Hyrule Warriros: Legends is available for the Nintendo 3DS, so everyone enjoy your gaming!:
Many of you have seen the trailer for Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children. If you haven’t it is below through 20th Century Fox’ YouTube channel. However, I want to remind everyone that you can read the series from you local library or pick it up at you favorite book store. The series is written by Ransom Riggs and its third volume came out in 2015. I believe the studio made a wise decision to have Tim Burton direct this movie, it looks to be one of the good ones.
We featured Maggie Szabo’s single “Forgive and Forget” a while back and now she has released the music video for the single. Maggie’s single is a strong and haunting piece and the video has those tones as well. There are some lighter areas as well when the video shifts to its dancing scenes, which Dancing with the Stars fans will enjoy. For the video Maggie gets to share the screen with Vampire Diaries actor Chris Brochu which several will enjoy as well. Project Itoh’s The Empire of Corpses will be getting a limited release in select theaters in North America. FUNimation will be the distributor and has scheduled April 19 and 20 for these releases, however, no theaters have been named for the release yet. If you are in a larger metropolitan you might ask around your area and I am sure the closer it gets to the release date FUNimation will have places listed on their website. A new trailer for the Batman v Superman movie has begun streaming. This time it is an international trailer that shows many additional scenes that, at least I haven’t seen before. Shehzad Bhanji takes our listeners on a journey with his instrument of choice, the electric guitar. Shehzad is sharing with us his music video for his single “Never Say Goodbye”. Shehzad is an instrumentalist that lets his guitar speak in his music. Most of you will recognized this type of music that was popularized by Carlos Santana.
