Creed Bratton’s weathered sagacity is never more
apparent than on “Unemployment Line.”  The new video features shots of Bratton fingerpicking his acoustic guitar in an overgrown field, contrasted with meditative shots of today’s America – all strip malls, car dealerships, dilapidated freeways, and marginal communities.

Creed is speaking through his music for the majority of people facing unemployment during these hard times, with “Unemployment Line”.  Most people if it is not effecting them, they now someone that it is facing the unemployment line or a lesser paying job.  Sending out a prayer to all that this is happening to and for all the countries of the world that this hardship will end soon.

Ghost Loft has been busy this last year in Remixing songs for several groups.  This is another one to add to their portfolio, “LNOE” performed by The High Wire.
 
The High Wire began in 2007 as a vehicle for singer/songwriter Tim Crompton. Tim started out recording tracks solo with Producer Julian Simmons (Guillemots, Midlake), until West coast Canadian Alexia Hagen and UK native Ross Forrest joined Tim as core members of The High Wire and the three-piece vision was established.

Bullitts New Single is Now Available to Hear

The Bullitts Reign:
With The Release Of The
Epic New Single “Murder Death Kill” Featuring Jay Electronica
This song isn’t what most people will think it’s about.  Most people will see “Murder Death Kill” and think right away that the artists are promoting violence.  However, from what I got out of the song is that it is trying to relate that this is were society is heading and are kids will have to deal with a harsher world than what we have now if we don’t do something to alter this outcome.  This is not only through violence needing to be less, but companies needing to rethink their actions and what happens when “accidents” happen.
The song itself I was not a big fan of until you hit the rap segment of the song.  The falsetto just didn’t do it for me.
The latest chapter in The Bullitts impressive story is the much-anticipated release of the Debut CD:  They Die By Dawn And Other Stories Out July 9.

In preparation for the album release The Bullitts drops his latest track:

Ghost Loft Gives us “So High”

Danny Choi is the L.A. based visionary musician known as Ghost Lost.  He creates haunting musical soundscapes you’ll never forget.  Super Producer Mark Ronson counts himself as a fan of the hypnotic music of Ghost Lost.  One listen and you will too.
This is definitely what I would say could be mood music.  Very mellow, your body wants to sway back and forth with the music….like being “So High”.  If you click to watch the video above be warned that it is a mature video and some viewers might not appreciate it.
Ghost Loft’s highly anticipated debut album will be out later this year.

The Hire Wire’s sound for this single is quite a bit of instrumentation.  I like to hear different sounds within my music and with the violin and bell it achieves that for me.  This might not appeal to most people at first, but if you listen to it a few times I think you will appreciate it.  The vocals are nice and clear and they kind of sound like the ’60’s songs.  Give it a try by clicking the link above.
