Have you had enough of the week? With Private Island, they want you to take a listen to their latest single “Enough” from their Subreak EP. This has a nice sound to it and will set your weekend off right. If you remember our look at Six60, this single has a similar sound. Thanks to Private Island for sharing “Enough” with us through SoundCloud. Enjoy listening – Richard:
Alba Lua Single
Alba Lua has released the single “Sell your soul – you’ll be free”. The vocals on this song get lost behind the instrumentals and when the guitar comes in it sounds a lot like our friends Six60. So I am assuming that Six60 is an influence for them. Give them a try you might enjoy them and don’t forget to check out Wild Honey Pies website for more Indy music info. http://www.thewildhoneypie.com/
Upcoming dates for Six60
Remember that Six60 is back in North America for a brief tour in March. If they are in your area be sure to get tickets. We at ComicPop are still waiting for them to hit the Kansas/Colorado area so we can see them perform live! Come on Guys, April is dying to see you. I also have other upcoming dates for the band listed as well.

Hey, April here. As y’all know, in this episode I am reviewing Six60. During that review I may have sounded a bit harsh. So I just want to say that I really like the group. I was in my critique mode for this one I guess lol.
