Life Leone is back with “I Can’t Say No”

muselife

Life Leone is begin their tour to promote the EP Comes Crashing In, with the release of the single “I Can’t Say No” .  The group definitely has that rocking feel and I see were they get the term fuzzy rock.  With the guitar so loud it is the star of the music.  However, the lyrics are decent and the lead singers voice sounds good.  They don’t have to hide him, just let it all flow naturally and they would be even a more powerful rock group.  Check out their single “I Can’t Say No” through SoundCloud it might be for you – Richard:

Layne Gives us “Warrior”

muselayne1

Layne Putnam breaks out with here debut single “Warrior”.  This single has a great feel to it.  It isn’t slow or fast, but kind of in between.  The verse is nice an clear and concentrates on Layne’s vocals and then when the chorus comes in the heavy bass beat comes in to get your had to rocking.  Her voice within the chorus is mixed in with the instruments, but it isn’t completely lost, however to me the chorus feels like it was purposely made to spotlight the instruments more than her voice.  Check it out through SoundCloud I think you will like it- Richard

Morgan Shaughnessy’s Single “February Moon”

musemorgan shaughnessy

“February Moon” has a little bit of an other worldly feel.  Not quite psychedelic, but not far from it.  The opening itself is different from what you would normally hear in a song, but it kind of adds to the other worldly or dreamscape (high) feel of the song.  Check it out below through SoundCloud.  It won’t be for everyone, but you might enjoy it – Richard

The Well releases latest Music Video for “Separate Ways”

musewell

The Norwegian band The Well has released their music video for “Separate Ways”.  The Well has a great sound for me.  The vocals are nice and clear and the instrumentals have a great rhythm, with a nice bass drum beat to get your body moving with the music.  The single “Separate Ways” will be available on October 20.  Check out the music video below from The Well’s YouTube channel – Richard:

Iceland’s Vok Gives us another Single “I’ll Wait for You”

musevok

Vok has given us a nice ballad to listen to with “Eg bio pin” (I’ll Wait for You).  This is a very emotional and drawn out song.  It has a little techno feel with slow jass mixed in for an interesting mix.  The vocals are really clear, but don’t over power the music.  If you are interested in exploring new music from other areas of our world check Vok out and you can listen to “I’ll Wait for You” here through SoundCloud – Richard:

“Sorry for Not Being Sorry” Dekoder Remix

musehaley1

I’m usually not a fan of remixes but Dekoder’s remix of Haley Pharo’s single “Sorry For Not Being Sorry” is really good.  Check it out through SoundCloud below, I think it will make your head bob to the music – Richard:
