She and I love Marvel’s Doctor Strange and by the pictures above, from the cover and article in Entertainment Weekly, of Benedict Cumberbatch the costume looks great. I know others might not be like me, but I’m starting to get a little excited for this movie.
HeroClix Adds more to the Marvel Line
For all of our table top gamers HeroClix is planning on bringing out The Superior Foes of Spider-Man set. The set will include classic and modern foes. There will be 70 figures to include: 16 common; 16 uncommon; 16 rare; 12 super rare; and 6 chase figures. WizKids has set July as a release time frame, so you have a little time to save up for the new pieces for you game or collection.

ROM is Back!
How many of you remember this Marvel Comic and toy? It’s ROM! He’s back and IDW has him. I am working on my ROM series and lack some issues and I never had the toy and haven’t found one to pick up for my collection. Anyway, IDW has acquired the rights and is putting out a ROM: The Space Knight Free Comic Book Day issue to debut a new series in July 2016. Now I can’t wait until Free Comic Book Day gets here to get my copy.

More Marvel Prose!
Marvel is planning on adding to it’s prose novels in the next year. The have made arrangements for Margaret Stohl to write a sequel to her Black Widow: Forever Red marvel novel entitled Red Vengeance. Then they are also working with Eion Colfer to write an Iron Man novel and Shannon and Dale Hale to write a couple of novels, one for Squirrel Girl and the other Captain Marvel. Marvel is trying to get back into the prose market and they are working with well known authors to do so, could be interesting and fun reads.

Best of all bestselling author Ta-Nehisi will be writing the first year long story arc entitled “A Nation Under Our Feet”. Illustrations for the series will be provided by Brian Stelfreeze.
