Kill la Kill Anime Coming
Kill la Kill will be released to the North American market with English Dub. There will be three different versions you can chose from on July 15. However, if you are like me I wait until the complete series is available to own for my anime collection. You will have to decide how you will want to purchase this title for your anime collection’s, but usually the complete set comes in a little cheaper.
Thanks to the “AniplexUS” channel on YouTube for the following trailer:
New Appleseed Animated Film
Here is the next Appleseed title to add to your anime collection. Appleseed Alpha is the latest CG animated film for the title that Masamune Shirow created. This movie tells the story of the early days of Deunan and Briareos and is scheduled to be released July 22. Thanks to the “IGN” channel for sharing the trailer on YouTube:
Kindaichi Case Files Gets Television Series
This is one of my favorite Manga series and I hope it gets brought over to the North American market. Kindaichi Case Files is about a teenage boy that is board with school because he has an IQ of 180. The only thing that Kindaichi really gets interested in is if a supposedly unsolvable mystery presents itself to him.
Ryosuke Yamada will play Hajime Kindaichi and Haruna Kawaguchi will play Kindaichi’s childhood friend Miyuki Nanase. Both are reprising their roles that they played in two previous Kindaichi specials.

Teaser Trailer for the Rorouni Kenshin Sequel
Hello Kitty and Playboy Hmmm
Did not see this mash-up coming. But I guess marketing is marketing even though it make you feel a little uncomfortable. Hello Kitty (celebrating it’s 40 anniversary) and Playboy (celebrating it’s 60 anniversary) have teamed up to provide merchandise to their fans in this mash-up of brand names. The French clothing & accessories retailer Colette created the merchandise and debuted it at Paris’ Crazy Horse caberet. Yuko Yamaguchi (Hello Kitty designer) and Sarah Andelman (Colette creative director & purchasing manager) where present. If this is something within your taste then you will want to link back to AnimeNews Network for pictures of the merchandise here: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/interest/2014-03-03/hello-kitty-teams-up-with-playboy-for-a-new-kind-of-cute-sexy
