Just found these ads for Toyota Corolla that features the Virtual Idol Hatsune Miku. Your patrons that like JPop, Anime and Manga will be interested in these ads. I’m going to try and keep up with these, but I know I’m coming to the game a little late so the next few times I make posts might have Toyota Ads until I catch up with the storyline. X Japan’s new single “Jade” will be released on June 28th for North American, European, and Latin American markets in digital format. Let your patrons that enjoy JPop know so they can plan to download “Jade” as soon as it’s available.

World Tour
L’Arc~en~Ciel will be having a world tour in 2012 and one of their stops will be in New York. Other stops will include Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Taipei, Bangkok, London and Paris. We get Perfume with Cars 2
AnimeNews Network’s site, linked below, reports that the JPop band Perfume will have one of their songs in the movie and on the album of Disney and Pixar’s Cars 2. Perfume will be heard singing the song “Polyrhythm” at a party the night before the Grand Prix’s World Race race in Japan. Librarians be sure to let your JPop fans know about this so they can listen for it during the movie.
