Check out the trailer for season 2 of Daredevil only on NetFlix. The trailer comes from New York Comic Con. When you get to what you think is the end of the trailer there is a blank spot and then it comes back in with another section which spotlights, what I believe, is Frank Castle, from the back, walking in a hospital hallway.
