Emma Charleston has been very generous with us and our listeners. She is sharing with everyone again her latest music video for her single “Don’t Wait Up” from her Enjoy the Ride EP. This is a little slower song and has a beautiful string instrumentality. At first the single sounds very simplistic with just the guitar and Emma’s voice, but very shortly into the single we get a great encompassing sound when the other strings and background singers come in. The music video itself is a studio type video so you get to see all of the artists involved in making this single. Very nicely done all the way around. Kelsey Kerrigan’s Single “Driving Around”
Kelsey Kerrigan want’s everyone to take a listen to her single “Driving Around”. This single has an upbeat driving beat that gets the listener interested from the start. The style is kind of a pop infused folk sound. This is one that you would throw into the car and as the title suggests just listen to as you’re driving around. It’s one of those songs that gets your head to bobbing. The ending will catch you by surprise, but as a whole I enjoyed it. Punisher Trailer
Netflix has released the full trailer for Marvel’s Punisher Season 1. They of course updated the story to make it modern and gave it a Jason Bourne type backstory. Frank Castle worked for the CIA doing the dirty work and now he has been sanctioned and he is going after the people that sanctioned him. Here’s the trailer through MovieClips Trailers YouTube channel:
The Lavender Scare’s Single “Drag for a Queen”
The Lavender Scare is sharing with us their single “Drag for a Queen”. The style of this single is very much in the tradition of what you might hear coming out of the theater or more specifically the cabaret. With this being my only experience with the duos music I’m unsure if they will continue with this style or develop other sounds. This is a very specific style, but The Lavender Scare hits it on the mark. Here’s The Lavender Scare’s “Drag for A Queen” through SoundCloud – Richard:
Batman The Dark Knight: Master Race Trailer
Here is Frank Miller’s third installment of the Dark Knight series. This volume collects the Batman The Dark Knight: Master Race series into one complete volume. This is a nice addition to the previous Dark Knight volumes that Frank Miller started with in his The Dark Knight Returns. Here’s the trailer through DC Entertainment’s YouTube channel:

The Future of DVD’s?
AnimeNews Network has an interesting interview/article with Sentai Filmworks announcement that in 2019 it will phase out the majority of it’s DVD production and go primarily to a Blu-ray production. This will probably be the trend with other distributors as well. Think back to when VHS’ were phased out, now it’s DVD’s turn. Such is the march of time, but in reality our household still has a VHS player to play some of the VHS’ that don’t have an updated format. Here’s the link over to the article

Conventioner’s Single “Trouble”
Conventioner has a smoky sound to his voice that draws you into his single “Trouble” from his Legacy EP. This single would feel comfortable in a romantic movie, specifically the part where the leads realize they are in love with each other and are struggling to express themselves. The instrumentals have a nice smooth flow to them that carry the listeners along the verse to it’s conclusion. Conventioner has a second EP out now entitled Love or Protection and he wanted our listeners to get a taste of his music with “Trouble”. So as you listen check out both of this EPs on you digital vendor of choice. Here’s Conventioner’s single “Trouble” through SoundCloud – Richard:
