The Head’s “Raincoats” Music Video
The Head is sharing with our listeners their music video for their single “Raincoats”. With “Raincoats” The Head is giving us a taste of their rock music. This single isn’t a hard rocking single. It lands in that area that what many would say is popular rock or main stream rock. The Head have a nice sound that is easy to listen to. With the video for this single it felt like someone just grabbed a camera and said lets go make a music video to give it that homemade feel to it where the band is just goofing off, which makes it fun. Liz Loughrey’s Music Video for “Rise Up!”
Liz Loughrey is sharing her music video for her single “Rise Up!” This single and music video wants everyone to take a moment and look at the world and see what they might could do to help it and it’s community to “Rise Up” and make it back into the beautiful place it can be. If I misinterpreted this I apologize to Liz, this is just what I felt while listening and watching the single. The music itself is a very clean soulful song with the video containing images to make the watcher think. Liz is currently working on an EP, with “Rise Up!” being one of the first singles released from it. So until you can download the EP here is Liz Loughrey’s “Rise Up!” music video through her YouTube channel – Richard:
Solarrio’s “Drops” Music Video
Solarrio is sharing our listeners his music video for his recently released single “Drops”. From the outset the listener knows what they are in for, which is right square in the electro/pop genre. You can tell that Solarrio is doing a call back to the 1980’s with this single. His voice has that quality to it, that I can’t quite put my finger on, that fits this style of music well. It’s more than likely being manipulated to a degree, but the way he sings really took me back to those ’80’s days. Solarrio carries that ’80’s feel into his music video that was done for “Drops”. Solarrio is looking to drop an EP in 2017 that everyone can keep their eye out for, but until then here is his music video for “Drops” through his YouTube channel – Richard:

Stalking Gia Gives Us Her Music Video for “Young Diana”
Scam Avenue’s Music Video for Their Single “Sailor’
Scam Avenue is sharing with the ComicPop listeners their music video for “Sailor”. With “Sailor” this band is definitely placing their sound squarely in the New Wave sound of the 1980’s. The sound is reminiscent to something Human League would produce and for me this is gravy. Being a child of the ’80’s I eat this music up. The music video has parts where the vocalists are walking down the street until they meet each other. However, for me the more unique thing that I enjoy was when the duo was on screen and the instruments were laid over their images…very cool effect. Scam Avenue’s EP should be available on your digital downloaders. To give you a taste of their sound here is Scam Avenue’s music video for “Sailor” through their YouTube channel – Richard
Romance & Rebellion’s “Vanity Fair” Music Video
Romance & Rebellion is sharing with our listeners their music video for their single “Vanity Fair”. The single is a strong call back to the 1980’s with a nicely paced electro ballad. The pacing of the single is so that it keeps the listener pulled in, it’s not slow or to fast. I guess you could say it’s just right. The music video is a straight up performance type video as if the band was playing at a prom. Romance & Rebellion is working on a self titled EP that “Vanity Fair” is part of so until you can get the EP enjoy their “Vanity Fair” music video through their YouTube channel – Richard:
