“Superheroes” Tribute Video

I really love “Superheroes” by The Script, but I love this tribute video even more.  The Journey Master YouTube channel has taken the single and edited it together with different scenes from a variety of Marvel and DC movies.  The editing is really well done and I think all of you, if you haven’t seen it will enjoy it.  So here’s “Superheroes” by The Script Tribute Video from Journey Master’s channel – Richard:

Bianca Rose’s Music Video for “Because of Love”

Bianca Rose is sharing with the ComicPop listeners her single “Because of Love”, that features Cellist Ayanna Witter-Johnson.  “Because of Love” is a romantic ballad that steers you through love and when the Cello comes in it brings the single to a new height.  I would love to just have Bianca and Ayanna do an acoustic version of this song with just the two women and that is it, I think it would be beautiful.  The music video is directed with a classic clean look from the director.  Here’s Bianca Rose’s music video for “Because of Love” featuring Ayanna Witter-Johnson through Bianca’s YouTube channel – Richard:

They Call Him Zone’s Music Video for “Just Fall”

They Call Him Zone is sharing with us his music video for the single “Just Fall’.  The single is from his upcoming Crow Swan Wolf album that is scheduled to release on February 20.  “Just Fall” is an electro/rock/pop single, with the music video following suit in style.  The rhythms of the single and the voice and way They Call Him Zone sang reminded me a lot of Billy Idol’s music.  So if you are a fan of Idol this will be right up your alley.  Here’s They Call Him Zone’s music video for “Just Fall” through his YouTube channel – Richard:

Starbase Studios Time-Lapse Bridge Build

As most of our friends know Starbase Studios has recently relocated.  They are no longer in Oklahoma, but in Arkansas.  Over the holidays they moved the sets and have begun re-building them at their new home.  When the time comes and they are ready to schedule new fan film productions we will post to let everyone know.  Until then the group of The Federation Files YouTube channel has released a time-lapse video of them reconstructing the bridge.  Check it out these are two hard working gentlemen and I’m sure the productions of Valiant, Melbourne, Republic, and many others Star Trek fan film productions are glad to see the new studio taking shape:

People the Kangaroo Music Video for “The Death of You”

People The Kangaroo is sharing with our listeners their latest music video for the single “The Death of You”.  This single is pure electro/pop that has a fun rhythm to it.  The vocals blend in with the instrumentals, but the vocals hover just enough above that you can still enjoy them.  The music video is the group and director having fun with reversing the camera shots and making a mess of everything.  I could see this one in a dance club where everyone and the laser show dances to the beat.  Check out People The Kangaoo’s music video for the single “The Death of You”, from their YouTube channel – Richard

Don DiLego’s Music Video for “Idiot Heart”

Today Don DiLego is treating our listeners to his music video for the folk/country ballad “Idiot Heart”.  This tune has a very somber tone to it, but it is delivered in a way that captures the listener.  Don’s voice fits the style really well and I am definitely interested in more from his album Magnificent Ram A that is available for purchase.  The way the lyrics translate for me is that it is about an individual that is unsure of him/her self in a relationship and ultimately the relationship falls apart, even though they don’t want it to.  The music video for the single is well made and gives the viewer a country home feel.  If you like what you hear be sure to look for Magnificent Ram A from your downloader of choice.  Until then here’s the music video for “Idiot Heart” from Don DiLego’s YouTube channel – Richard:

James Kruman gives a “Country Sigh”

James Kruman is sharing with our listeners his single “Country Sigh’.  This single definitely rings true from the United Kingdom.  “Country Sigh” is within the folk music, but with the stylings of the music and James’ voice it is very distinct and you know that it is a country/folk style from across the pond.  James has a very deep bass voice that can be difficult for a singer.  I’m interested in seeing what his other works sound like from his album Twitch.  Here’s James Kruman’s music video for this single “Country Sigh” from his YouTube channel – Richard:

Ninet’s Music Video for “Subservient”

Ninet is sharing with our listeners her music video for the single “Subservient”.  Ninet is currently working on her first U.S. album and has four album’s that she did in Israel.  With this single and music video Ninet will intrigue many and make others uncomfortable.  “Subservient” plays on the sexuality that many will recognize from Eyes Wide Shut and Shades of Grey.  The single has a very seductive feel to it and the music video is really well made.  I really enjoyed it, but it is definitely a mood piece.  So if you so desire, take a trip on the little darker side of life with Ninet’s “Subservient” music video through her YouTube channel – Richard:

Judge Roughneck Looks in the “Mirror in the Bathroom”

Judge Roughneck is sharing the music video for their reggae infused single “Mirror in the Bathroom”, featuring Angelo Moore.  I love reggae and this definitely has that influence.  However, with all the brass that they have introduced with this single I gives it a jazzy feel as well.  These gentlemen are throwing out their fourteenth album, Pick You Up, that “Mirror in the Bathroom” is a part of.  The group looks like a they are enjoying themselves, which is conveyed in the music video that is a simple studio shoot.  Join Judge Roughneck for some jazzy island music through their YouTube channel with “Mirror in the Bathroom” – Richard:

Saul Rivers “Couldn’t Do It Alone” Music Video

Saul Rivers is sharing with our listeners his music video for his latest single “Couldn’t Do It Alone”.  This single is a soulful reflection of a child thinking about his past and what led him or her to this or her current stage in life.  The music video has Saul packing up his childhood things and finding a batch of pictures thinks about how he couldn’t be where he is today without the love and support of his parents.  Hence the title of the single “Couldn’t Do It Alone”.    You know I loved the light saber that appears during the music video.  “Couldn’t Do It Alone” is the title track of the Saul’s EP of the same name.  Here’s Saul Rivers’ music video for “Couldn’t Do It Alone” through his YouTube channel – Richard:
