Marvel Entertainment is helping the Susan G. Komen for the Cure during this coming October, National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Marvel will have a select number of titles that will have pink covers with the characters in pink highlighted costumes. This is a great way to help a worthy cause. I’m pretty sure, including myself, that everyone has a loved one or friend that has had to fight breast cancer. The issues involved with the promotional will be: Avengers #31; Captain America #18; Captain Marvel #5; Fantastic Four #661; Invincible Ironman #526; Mighty Thor #21; Uncanny X-Men #20; and Wolverine #315. This is just a current listing and more titles could be added to the promotional. Each issue will have one page in the comic to educate readers about breast cancer.
Resident Evil What?
CAPCOM has announced, not a new Resident Evil video game, but the first official Resident Evil Restaurant. This is were it would be fun to live in Japan with all of the themed restaurants that it has to offer. The Biohazard Cafe & Grill S.T.A.R.S. will be inside the Shibuya Parco shopping center in Tokyo’s Shibuya ward and is scheduled to be open on July 13. Besides food, although no menu has been set yet, the restaurant will off limited edition items for it’s patrons. So if you happen to be traveling to Tokyo or just happen to be in the area, this might be a fun side trip.
Naruto End in Sight
In the Saturday evening edition of Asahi Shimbun paper, Naruto manga creator, Masashi Kishimoto, stated at the end of an interview that Naruto is “rising towards its climax.” The end is already set in his mind, and the story is “racing headlong in that direction.”

AMV Spotlight of the
This weeks AMV comes from YouTuber potakun. Potakun takes the song “Boom, Boom, Pow” performed by The Black Eyed Peas and edits it to a variety of anime. The clips are smoothly edited together and potakun has matched up lyrics of the song with some of the characters speaking actions within the clips. The sink is pretty good and makes the video funner to watch when the characters appear as if they are singing the song. Great job potakun you can find the AMV on YouTube under “Boom, Boom, Boom!
