Etrian Game Trailer

Atlus USA has released the trailer for the upcoming Etrian Odyssey IV: Legends of the Titan video game.  The game is scheduled to be released for the Nintendo 3DS on February 26 at a suggested retail price of $39.99.  If you pre-order the game it will come with a limited edition art book and a music CD, which will nice extra editions for your library.  Thanks to “AtlusUSA” on YouTube for the following trailer:

Anime Screen in Theater’s

Anime fans in three areas will be happy this December.  There are three theaters that will be screening the first two Puella Magi Madoka Magica movies in December.  Fans in the following areas will want to check with their theaters: December 2, Screenland Crossroad in Kansas City, Missouri; December 20, The Edge 12 in Birmingham, Alabama; and December 29, Texas Theatre in Dallas, Texas.

Gundam Cafe’s

To go along with the two Gundam Cafe’s, located in Akihabara and Odaiba, a third Gundam Cafe is scheduled to open in Tokyo Station.  The projected opening date is December 20th.  The cafe will have the same menu as the other two cafe’s, to include Jaburo Coffee and Haro Latte Milk.  The cafe will have Gundam products that will include the two pictured items above, a petit glass and rubber coaster.  So if you are in the area of one of these cafe’s pay them a visit and support the new one when it opens.  It would be another fun stop during your travels.

On the heels of their acclaimed teaser video Where Wolf“, the Sydney-based experimental-pop duo Ginger And The Ghost are excited to premiere their eagerly anticipated new single “One Type Of Dark” via The Wild Honey Pie. “One Type of Dark” is the first single from the band’s debut EP due for release in Spring 2013.

Pathfinder News

Paizo Publishing is working on two items for it’s Pathfinder Game.  So here you go gamers and libraries that support gaming.  Paizo is currently partnering with Mike Selinker and the design team at Lone Shark Games to create a deck building game, Pathfinder Adventure Card Game.  If plans progress the first set will be based on the Rise of the Runelords and it will have over 400 cards.  Paizo then plans to release another set of 110 cards on a bi-monthly schedule.  There is no release date set for the card game yet.  The second piece of news related to Pathfinder is that in April of 2013, Paizo plans to release Pathfinder Roleplaying Game: Ultimate Campaign.  It will be a 256 full color hard cover book and has a suggested retail price of $39.99.

Six60 with Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra

If you remember during our visit with Six60’s Chris Mac he mentioned that the group was going to be working with an orchestra at a future date.  That special event has happened!  Six60 performed their song “Lost” with the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra.  Below you can listen and view the video that Six60NZ posted on YouTube.  It sounds beautiful, great job to everyone involved with the event.
