We are just having fun reviewing and discussing comic books, graphic novels, manga, anime/animation, music and movies that we have recently read, listened to or watched.
Some of the products that gamers will be looking forward to in 2012. In January there will be a Star Trek Expansion and Naruto CCG Tournament Booster Packs. The next month of February will have another Naruto release, Naruto CCG Series 24 Booster Packs. Then in March horror fans will get their turn with the release of the Resident Evil Expansion: Mercenaries.
AnimeNews Network has posted the trailer, they picked up from Kadokawa Shoten’s Movie Walker website and YouTube, of Mary Pope Osborne’s The Magic Tree House. The movie’s animation is based on Ayana Amako’s artwork that is used in the Japanese editions of the books. This will definitely be one for libraries to keep their eyes out for when it becomes available to purchase in the U.S.

Cryptozoic is releasing another expansion set for World of Warcraft. This expansion set is called Aftermath: Crown of Heavens and it is the second Aftermath expansion set. Alert your gamers to start looking for these in their local stores.
Disney is scheduled to release The Secret World of Arrietty February 17. The anime movie is from Studio Ghibli, which Disney has had a strong relationship through the years. The movie is based on the children’s book The Borrowers by Mary Norton. This is one that libraries will want to pick up for it’s collection when it becomes available. This weeks AMV comes from YouTuber mayurei. This individual has taken the song “Haunt You Every Day” performed by Weezer and edited it to images from the series Ghost Hunt. It is a longer and slower, but it captures the feel of Ghost Hunt. Mayurei spent some time with this by going through the episodes and finding clips where the words of the song are lip synced perfectly with the anime to make it look like the character shown is actually singing the words of the song. IDW is shifting it’s HBO based True Blood series from a mini-series title to an ongoing title. So fans of the HBO True Blood series will be able to get a monthly dose of their favorite show.
